These are some of the special places in the Village of Westbury:
Post Avenue (facing South) in the morning (on a holiday).
Open space at our Piazza Ernesto Strada located at the corner of Post and Maple Avenues. A nice place to sit and relax or to enjoy a summer evening concert.

Westbury Volunteer Fire Department, 355 Maple Avenue serving our community since 1897. 
Westbury's  Children's Library, Robert Bacon Memorial - 374 Rockland St. For children - just for children since 1924.
Village of Westbury Community Center, home of our Senior Center, Gazebo on the Green and host of many community activities - in all seasons. 360 Post Avenue.
Westbury organizations sponsor many fairs, feasts and celebrations during the year.


The "Space at Westbury", our local performing arts center. 250 Post Avenue.
Westbury Neighborhood House, 334 Winthrop Street, an independent non-profit charity helping our less fortunate neighbors since 1916.
The "Cottage", 445 Jefferson Street, home of the Historical Society of the Westburys. Open first Saturday of the month noon- 4 PM, Wednesday 10 AM - 1PM, Thursdays 1 - 5 PM. Visit to see the collections. Presentations ( third Sundays 2:30 PM) September - April.
Our Gazebo on the Green located at the Westbury Memorial Community Center. 360 Post Avenue.
Monument Park located on the Westbury Memorial Community Center grounds. 360 Post Avenue.
Village Hall, 235 Lincoln Place.
Westbury Military Historical Collection in the James F. Walsh VFW Post 945, 403 Maple Avenue.
Display at the Westbury Military Historical Collection. On the walls is a list of those who served in WWII.
Westbury Arts' new building, located at 255 Schenck Avenue.
"Westbury House", Old Westbury Gardens, located at 71 Old Westbury Road, Old Westbury
