How to Contact the Village
VILLAGE HALL
Village Hall is located at 235 Lincoln Place, one block east of Post Avenue between Winthrop and Madison. Scroll to the bottom of this page to see a map for directions to Village Hall.
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
MAYOR
Mayor Cavallaro has office hours at Village Hall on the first and third Thursdays of the month from 5:00-7:00 PM, the second Saturday of the month from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM or by appointment.
CLERK'S OFFICE
The Clerk’s Office is located on the first floor at Village Hall. Come to this office for information on taxes, permits, traffic violations or court and conference date information.

BUILDNG DEPARTMENT
The Building Department is located on the second floor at Village Hall. Visit this office for information on building permits, building code violations, plumbing and electrical licensing and permits.
A "Hot Line" is available: 333-1869. The line is available during and after regular Building/Code Enforcement office hours. The line is checked frequently. As with all calls, if you leave your phone number, you can be informed as to the resolution. ALL CALLS are treated confidentially.
The staff of Building/Code Enforcement Department operates during regular business hours as well as evening and weekend shifts.

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
This department handles garbage and rubbish collection, the sanitation collection schedule and ongoing street and sidewalk repair projects.

DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION
This department can provide information on events taking place at the Westbury Community Center or the Recreation Center. The Community Center (360 Post Avenue) houses the Senior Citizens of Westbury Center. The Recreation Center sponsors an after school program.

If you submit an E-mail message that concerns yourself or requests a particular service, you must include your full name, address and telephone number to enable the Village to follow up and respond. Anonymous messages will not be given priority and the Village cannot ensure that an issue raised therein can be appropriately addressed without having a party to contact that is available to answer questions or provide needed information. Any material provided to the Village, including but not limited to questions, concerns, comments, suggestions, compliments, complaints, feedback, data, answers, plans, ideas or the like, shall be deemed property of the Village of Westbury and therefore, public property and non-confidential.
The Village will communicate via electronic transmission by using your E-mail address to send information relevant to Village affairs. By registering your E-mail address you are consenting to receipt of information. If you later choose not to receive such communications, you must contact Village Hall at 334-1700.
