Potholes

Report a Pothole or Road Hazard:

To report potholes within the boundaries of the Village on Village-owned roadways, please call the Village Department of Public Works at (516) 334-0062 during normal business hours (weekdays: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) or email DPW@villageofwestbury.org.  You may leave a voicemail after-hours, but please leave your contact information if you would like a callback.

To report a pothole or road matter on Brush Hollow Road, Post Avenue, Maple Avenue, Westbury Avenue, Union Avenue, please call the Nassau County Pothole line, (516) 571-6900.  These roadways are county jurisdiction.

To report a pothole on the Northern State Parkway (including ramps), Old Country Road or Jericho Turnpike, please call the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) toll-free hot line at 1-800-POTHOLE (1-800-768-4653).  These roadways are state jurisdiction.
